What kind of personal data do we collect?

The most frequently collected personal data by IPAV are name, telephone contact, date of birth and email addresses. When and if required, the tax identification number, nationality and address of the household and / or job are also requested.

Most data are collected, stored and processed in digital format. The data are stored in servers and controlled databases, accessible only by duly accredited technicians and authorized for this purpose by the institution's management. IPAV provides an adequate level of protection of personal data, including by implementing physical, electronic and procedural procedures to protect their data against accidental destruction, loss or modification, as well as unauthorized access.

How long is Data Storage?

Data are retained for a maximum of 7 years after the end of the collection objective.

Who has access to the data?

Data is accessible to Project managers, the communications officer, the IPAV Secretary General, who oversees the entire IPAV data protection policy, and whoever gives permission.

In some projects, IPAV may have activities that include minors. The collection, storage and processing of this data is always and only performed if explicitly authorized by its guardians for this purpose.
