During Mandela Day 2020, several bridges were renamed Nelson Mandela for one day. A symbolic gesture of renaming bridges around the world as "Mandela Bridge" for one day. From Cúcuta, Colombia, to Seoul, South Korea, the Ubuntu community spread across the four corners of the planet paid tribute to Nelson Mandela.
